Background
GPR49 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. G protein-coupled receptor GPR49 has been reported to be expressed in brain, skeletal muscle, placenta, and spinal cord. ESTs have been isolated from normal human brain (amygdala), embryo, and placenta libraries and from human germ cell, uterus, and brain (neuroblastoma) cancer libraries.
Limitations

FAQs for Lgr5/GPR49 Antibody (NLS1235C). (Showing 1 - 1 of 1 FAQ).
-
Can you confirm whether or not NLS1235C is supported for use in ICC application? Has it been tested in ICC and shown to be ineffective?
- Unfortunately, neither the base antibody NLS1235 nor NLS1235C has been tested in ICC/IF. Therefore we don't know whether it will work in ICC. This series of the anybodies with the conjugation formats have only been validated in IHC-P with the human specimens. If you would like to test an antibody in an untested species and/or application and share your results with us, I can recommend our Innovator's Reward program. Our Innovator's Reward program was created to allow researchers the opportunity to try our primary antibodies in an untested species or application, without the financial risk of failure. To participate you simply submit an online review detailing your positive or negative results. In return, you receive a discount voucher for 100% of the purchase price of the reviewed product. Reviews may also be submitted by emailing Innovators Reward.
