Background
Chemokines play important roles in inflammation and critical for the recruitment of effector immune cells to sites of infection. Historically, CD183 was the third CXC chemokine receptor discovered and therefore, commonly designated as CXCR3. Binding of chemokines to CD183 induces cellular responses that are involved in leukocyte traffic, most notably integrin activation, cytoskeletal changes and chemotactic migration. The CXC chemokine receptor (CXCR) 3, a G-protein-coupled 7-transmembrane receptor, is expressed at high levels on activated and memory T cells, B cells, natural killer cells, and plasmacytoid monocytes.

FAQs for CXCR3 Antibody (NB100-56404). (Showing 1 - 2 of 2 FAQs).
Regarding recommended dilutions the manual contains: "Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Western Blot 1-3 ug/ml" Does it mean 1-3 ug/ml is recommended for both applications or there is simply no recommended dilution IHC-P?
For our product NB100-56404, we did not have a dilution recommendation listed for IHC on our datasheet. I am sorry for any confusion. This application was added to our product based on a publication that actually uses this product at 1:200 in paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissue samples: NCBI site.
Which isoform of CXCR3 is this antibody specific for?
NB100-56404 can only detect human CXCR3 isoforms 1 and 2 in WB and IHC-Fr, the validated applications.
