Flow Cytometry: alpha-Fetoprotein/AFP Antibody (OTI2A9) [NBP2-03084] - HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpression plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-Alpha 1 Fetoprotein antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

Western Blot: alpha-Fetoprotein/AFP Antibody (OTI2A9) [NBP2-03084] - HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY Alpha 1 Fetoprotein (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-Alpha 1 Fetoprotein.

Flow Cytometry: alpha-Fetoprotein/AFP Antibody (OTI2A9) [NBP2-03084] - Analysis of Jurkat cells, using anti-Alpha 1 Fetoprotein antibody, (Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody (Blue).

Flow (Intracellular): alpha-Fetoprotein/AFP Antibody (C3) [NBP2-32914] - An intracellular stain was performed on HepG2 cells with alpha-Fetoprotein/AFP Antibody [C3] NBP2-34577AF700 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 700. Image using the Alexa Fluor 700 Azide and BSA Free format of this antibody.
