Do you have evidence or know that your Wnt7A antibody is specific for Wnt7A or whether it actually does detect Wnt7B as well? I'm looking for a Wnt7A-specific antibody and so far have had no luck.

The immunogen sequence for NBP1-86071 is 76% homologous to the human Wnt7B sequence. Due to this homology, we predict that there might be some cross reaction. Unfortunately, due to the similarity in the sequences, we do not currently have a product that is made specifically to Wnt7A that we know, with certainty, will not cross react with Wnt7B. If you could find an antibody made to the specific 1-25aa region of Wnt7A, there might be enough difference as to ensure there would be little to no cross reaction, but we unfortunately do not currently carry any antibodies to this specific region.
