FUNCTION: Receptor for ATP that acts as a ligand gated ion channel. Responsible for ATP-dependent lysis of macrophages through the formation of membrane pores permeable to large molecules. Could function in both fast synaptic transmission and the ATP-mediated lysis of antigen-presenting cells.; Subcellular location: Membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.

I would like to know the size of product NBP1-20180. This is a lyophilized protein while the datasheet says it is 0.1ml. Could you please help explain?
This antibody is supplied lyophilized as stated on the product page and datasheet. The antibody is from mouse whole antisera (0.1 ml of the sera in lyophilized form), so the concentration is unquantifiable. It cannot be sold as a mass amount since the concentration of the sera was not measured. We suggest to reconstitute it with sterilized water to 0.1 ml and then the dilutions can be referenced for the particular application of choice from the datasheet.
