I am interested in this SFRP1 Antibody (NBP1-51926). On its application, it said it can be used in ELISA and the peptide ELISA dilution 1:4000. I am a bit confused on the statement. I don't have the peptide, so won't use this antibody in any peptide ELISA. Has this been tested in a normal ELISA such as sandwich ELISA?

This product has only been tested in Elisa for detection of the peptide that is also available for purchase. However, I have found it has also been validated in IHC, so it should work in a standard sandwich ELISA to detect the endogenous protein and we would guarantee this.
