Human platelets (4 x 10^8 cells/mL) were isolated from whole blood and incubated with the Nox-1 antibody or Rabbit IgG control at 1:250 dilution for 30 minutes at room temperature. FITC-tagged anti-rabbit (secondary antibody) was added at 1:100 dilution and incubated for an additional 30 minutes. Platelets were then diluted 1:25 v/v in Tyrodes buffer and read using a BD Accuri flow cytometer.
