Background

Nucleoside transporters, such as SLC28A3, regulate multiple cellular processes, including neurotransmission, vasculartone, adenosine concentration in the vicinity of cell surface receptors, and transport and metabolism of nucleosidedrugs. SLC28A3 shows broad specificity for pyrimidine and purine nucleosides (Ritzel et al., 2001 (PubMed11032837)).(supplied by OMIM)

GLI-2 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of mouse embryo (15 d.p.c.) using Goat Anti-Mouse GLI-2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3635) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS008) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Lower panel shows a lack of labeling when primary antibodies are omitted and tissue is stained only with secondary antibody followed by incubation with detection reagents. Flow (Cell Surface): 5'-Nucleotidase/CD73 Antibody (AD2) [NBP2-48480] - A surface stain was performed on U87 MG cells with 5'-Nucleotidase/CD73 Antibody (AD2) antibody NBP2-48480 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 1 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature, followed by Dylight488-conjugated anti-mouse secondary antibody.
