Background

Npas4 acts as a transcriptional activator in the presence of ARNT. It can activate the CME (CNS midline enhancer) element and the expression of the drebrin gene.

    • Unfortunately we do not have an IHC image for the Npas4 antibody, catalog number NBP1-06574, however we do stand behind the use of this antibody in IHC with a 100% guarantee.
  2. I would like to know the sequence of the synthetic peptide used to make the Npas4 antibody (cat. # NBP1-06574). It says on the product sheet that it was raised against the C-terminus, but I would like to know the specific sequence, if it is known and available.
    • The exact sequence of NBP1-06574 is proprietary, but I can offer you the amino acid range. The immunogen falls between amino acids 600- 700 of Mouse Npas4 (accession number Q8BGD7).
