I am planning on using your antibody NBP1-52300 and am wondering about the immunogen. I understand that you might not be able to give me the exact sequence, but it is of great importance to me that the antibody does not bind to amino acids 994-1040. The antibody was raised against recombinant protein fragment containing a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 829 and 1201 of DNA polymerase gamma. We typically do not epitope map our antibodies and I cannot determine if this antibody does or does not bind to amino acids 994-1040 however the immunogen sequence does include that fragment.
