DIRAS1 belongs to a distinct branch of the functionally diverse Ras superfamily of monomeric GTPases.DIRAS1 belongs to a distinct branch of the functionally diverse Ras (see HRAS; MIM 190020) superfamily of monomeric GTPases.[supplied by OMIM].
