Background

ADCY7, also known as Adenylate cyclase type 7, is a 120 kDa 1,080 amino acid protein, and is involved in the encoding of a membrane-bound enzyme. This protein has also been shown to have interactions with ATXN1, GNAS, CHRNA7, RAF1, and ADCY1 in the Signaling by FGFR, PKA activation in glucagon signaling, DAG and IP3 signaling, Regulation of Water Balance by Renal Aquaporins, and Opioid Signalling pathway. Disease research is currently being studied with relation to ADCY7 and colorectal cancer, thyroiditis, and chondrodysplasia.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Peptides and proteins are guaranteed for 3 months from date of receipt.

Molarity Calculator

Calculate the mass, volume, or concentration required for a solution.

The molarity calculator is based on the following equation:

Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) x Volume (L) x Molecular Weight (g/mol)

As an example, if the molecular weight of a compound is 197.13 g/mol and the desired concentration is 10 mM for 10 ml of water based stock solution, the required mass would be = 19.713 (value determined by this calculator).
