Alternate Names for Sphingosine Kinase 1/SPHK1 Antibody [DyLight 488]
Background
Sphingosine kinase 1 (SPHK1) catalyzes the phosphorylation of sphingosine to yield sphingosine-1-phosphate (SPP). SPP functions as a lipid signaling molecule that mediates both intra- and extra-cellular responses. SPHK1 activity may play a role in several cellular processes such as apoptisis, proliferation, inflammation, and migration.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
