Background

RRAS, also known as ras-related protein R-Ras, belongs to the Ras family which functions in signal transduction pathways. This protein has been shown to interact with RASSF5, NCK1, Bcl-2, ARAF and RALGDS. RRAS can bind GTP and GDP, and it has intrinsic GTPase activity. It also regulates the organization of the actin cytoskeleton. Recombinant RRAS protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

Flow Cytometry: GR/NR3C1 Antibody (BuGR2) [NB300-731] - An intracellular stain was performed on Jurkat cells with GR/NR3C1 (BuGR2) antibody NB300-731PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature.
