Background

RHPN1 is a gene that codes for a protein 59 amino acids long, with a weight of approximately 7 kDa, that has no enzymatic activity but may serve as a target for Rho as well as form an interaction with a cytoskeletal component upon Rho binding. RHPN1 has been shown to have interactions with KRT15, TRIM37, EFEMP2, CALCOCO2, and RHOA in pathways such as the RhoA pathway.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Peptides and proteins are guaranteed for 3 months from date of receipt.

Molarity Calculator

Calculate the mass, volume, or concentration required for a solution.

The molarity calculator is based on the following equation:

Mass (g) = Concentration (mol/L) x Volume (L) x Molecular Weight (g/mol)

As an example, if the molecular weight of a compound is 197.13 g/mol and the desired concentration is 10 mM for 10 ml of water based stock solution, the required mass would be = 19.713 (value determined by this calculator).
