MAP3K15 (Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Kinase Kinase 15) belongs to the MAPK family which have a variety of roles including proliferation regulation, activation of gene transcription and differentiation. MAP3K15 is known to interact with PRKAB2 and has been studied in relation to neuronitis.
