Description | CoraFluor(TM) 1 is a high performance terbium-based TR-FRET (Time-Resolved Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) or TRF (Time-Resolved Fluorescence) donor for high throughput assay development. CoraFluor(IM) 1 absorbs UV light at approximately 340 nm, and emits at approximately 490 nm, 545 nm, 585 nm and 620 nm. It is compatible with common acceptor dyes that absorb at the emission wavelengths of CoraFluor(TM) 1. CoraFluor(TM) 1 can be used for the development of robust and scalable TR-FRET binding assays such as target engagement, ternary complex, protein-protein interaction and protein quantification assays. |
Immunogen | Antibody was raised against a 17 amino acid peptide near the carboxy terminus of human ATG4B. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of ATG4B. Amino Acid Squence: LDSSDVERLERFFDSED |
Specificity | At least two isoforms of ATG4B are known to exist; this antibody will detect only the larger isoform. ATG4B is predicted to not cross-react with other ATG4 proteins. |

ATG4B - a cysteine protease involved in autophagosome elongation Autophagy can be broken down into 4 main stages: phagophore nucleation, autophagosome elongation, autophagosome docking and fusion with a lysosome, and vesicle breakdown and degradation. ATG4B is one of four ATG4 homologs (ATG4A, ATG4B, ATG4C, and ... Read full blog post. |
