Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TFAM antibody NBP3-29470 used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TFAM was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TFAM., which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated TFAM, A303-226A was used at 1 µg/ml.
