![Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: Histone H2B [ubiquitylated Lys123] Antibody (C.15200232) [NBP2-59149] - Histone H2B Antibody (C.15200232) [NBP2-59149] - ChIP assays were performed using human HeLa cells, the antibody consisting of 0.5, 1, 2 and 5 ug per ChIP experiment was analysed. IgG (1 ug/IP) was used as negative IP control. ![Immunohistochemistry: Histone H2B Antibody [NBP3-32426] - Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat large intestine tissue with Rabbit anti-Histone H2B antibody (NBP3-32426) at 1/3,400 dilution. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 2 minutes. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (NBP3-32426) at 1/3,400 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen.
