NB100-615
Western Blot: Caveolin-1 Antibody (7C8) [NB100-615] - Detection of caveolin in 3T3 cell lysates (50 ug). Lanes 1 and 2: 1:4000. Lanes 3 and 4: 1:1000. Detection by ECL: 5 minute exposure.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Caveolin-1 Antibody (7C8) [NB100-615] - Subcellular localization of mPARM-1 and hPARM-1 (full-length and mutant proteins). NIH/3T3 cells transiently expressing hPARM-1-GFP or deltaCT-GFP were fixed, immunostained for caveolin-1 (1:100, Novus Biologicals), and examined by confocal fluorescence microscopy. For hPARM-1-GFP-caveolin-1 co-localization, cells that demonstrated cell membrane PARM-1 localization were chosen. All co-localizations were observed following merging images of GFP-tagged proteins with those of Golgi, endosomes, plasma membrane, alpha-tubulin or caveolin-1 labeling. NBP1-76544
Western Blot: GLS2 Antibody [NBP1-76544] - Glutaminase protein expression in PC3 and PC3M cell lines before/after CB-839 treatment. PC3 & PC3M cells were treated (+) or not treated (-) with GLS1 inhibitor CB-839 (1 uM) and their expression of GLS1 & GLS2 proteins determined by Western blot. Antibodies specific for GAC & KCA were utilized on two replicate samples, while GLS2 expression was determined on three. PC3 cell lysates expressed GLS2 more than PC3M cell lysates regardless of CB-839 treatment. The difference in GLS2 expression was significant in the untreated cells (P?<?0.03) but because of high variability the difference was not significant in the drug-treated cells. Levels of GLS1 (GAC and KGA) were similar in all cell lysates. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-017-16327-z), licensed under a CC-BY license.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: GLS2 Antibody [NBP1-76544] - of GLS2 in Human Kidney cells. 285-IF
Recombinant Human IFN-gamma (Catalog # 285-IF) has a molecular weight (MW) of 34.9 kDa as analyzed by SEC-MALS, suggesting that this protein is a homodimer.  MW may differ from predicted MW due to post-translational modifications (PTMs) present (i.e. Glycosylation).1 μg/lane of Recombinant Human IFN-gamma was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) conditions and visualized by silver staining, showing a single band at 17 kDa.
