NB300-605
Western Blot: iNOS Antibody [NB300-605] - Analysis of iNOS was performed by loading 20 ug of RAW264 whole cell lysate untreated (left lane) or stimulated with LPS at 1 ug/mL for 16 hours (right lane) and 10 uL of PageRuler Plus Prestained Protein Ladder onto a 4-20% Tris-Glycine polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane and blocked with 5% Milk in TBST for at least 1 hour. The membrane was probed with an iNOS Rabbit polyclonal antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 overnight at 4C on a rocking platform, washed in TBST, and probed with a Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate at a dilution of 1:1000 for 1 hour. Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal West Pico.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: iNOS Antibody [NB300-605] - Immunohistochemistry was performed on normal deparaffinized human Lung tissue.

Western Blot: TOR/mTOR [p Ser2448] Antibody [NB600-607] - Affinity Purified TOR/TOR/mTOR [p Ser2448] antibody is shown to detect a 250 kDa band (indicated) corresponding to phosphorylated human TOR/mTOR present in a 293T whole cell lysates. Cells were serum-starved for 24 hours prior to harvest. ~20 ug of lysate was loaded per lane for SDS-PAGE. Untreated cells are shown in lane 1, whereas cells in lane 2 were treated with IGF-1 (100 ng/ml) for 20 min prior to harvest. Follow reaction of antibody with a 1:2000 dilution of HRP Goat-a-Rabbit IgG for visualization.Immunohistochemistry: TOR/mTOR [p Ser2448] Antibody [NB600-607] - affinity purified TOR/TOR/mTOR [p Ser2448] antibody was used at 5 ug/ml to detect signal in a variety of tissues including multi-human, multi-brain and multi-cancer slides. This image shows moderate staining of proximal convoluted tubules of the kidney (40X). Tissue was formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded. The image shows localization of the antibody as the precipitated red signal, with a hematoxylin purple nuclear counterstain.

Western Blot: Fibronectin Antibody - BSA Free [NBP1-91258] - VSOP observed in perivascular-restricted spinal cord lesions with intact BBB. Immunostaining for laminin (brown) shows vascular endothelium and glia limitans of a perivascular lesion, along with infiltrating cells and VSOP (blue). Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following publication (https://asn.sagepub.com/lookup/doi/10.1042/AN20120081), licensed under a CC-BY license.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Fibronectin Antibody - BSA Free [NBP1-91258] - NIH3T3 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. The cells were incubated with anti- NBP1-91258 at 1 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:1000 dilution for 60 minutes. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 100X objective and digitally deconvolved.

Secondary antibody: Peroxidase goat secondary antibody at 1:40,000 for 60 min at RT. Blocking: incubated with blocking buffer for 30 min at RT. Predicted/Observed size: 91 kDa, 91 kDa for Plasminogen. Other band(s): None.Western Blot: Plasminogen Antibody [NB600-930] - Detection of Plasminogen under reducing (R) and non-reducing (NR) conditions. Reduced samples of purified target proteins contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Samples of 1ug of protein per lane were run by SDS-PAGE.
