Since this 2nd Ab is a polyclonal antibody against mouse IgM, it will detect all primary IgM antibodies with either a kappa or lambda light chain.  Also. by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this reacts specifically with mouse IgM, and may cross react with IgM from other species also.
