Background
This glycogen phosphorylase is found predominantly in the brain. Glycogen phosphorylase is a key enzyme of glycogenolysis, catalyzing the rate determining step in glycogen degradation. The activity of this enzyme is allosterically activated by AMP and alosterically inhibited by ATP, ADP, and glucose 6 phosphate.
Limitations
This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are
guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.
