![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Cathepsin B Antibody [NBP1-19797] - ICC/IF analysis of HeLa cells using 1:50 dilution of Cathepsin B antibody followed by detection using Dylight 488 labelled secondary antibody (green). Nuclei and alpha-tubulin were counterstained using DAPI (blue) and Dylight 550 (red) respectively. Punctate staining was observed for Cathepsin B indicating its presence in the cellular lysosomes, endosomes and melanosomes.
