| Application Notes | Western blot: Approx 48-50 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A549 (calculated MW of 43.4 kDa according to Human NP_002551.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat Kidney and Liver for this particular batch. Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of A431 cells. |
