Background

FOXP1 is a transcriptional repressor that plays an important role in the specification and differentiation of lung epithelium. The gene encoding this protein may act as a tumor suppressor as it is lost in several tumor types and maps to a chromosomal region (3p14.1) reported to contain a tumor suppressor gene.

Flow Cytometry: FoxP3 Antibody [NB100-39002] - An intracellular stain was performed on MCF7 cells with FoxP3 Antibody NB100-39002PE (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Phycoerythrin.
