Approx. 90 kDa band observed in lysates of 3T3-L1 adipocytes that is reduced by stra6 siRNA. The 90 kDa band is stained after retrovirally overexpressing mouse Stra6 and not after overexpressing human Stra6 in 3T3 preadipocytes (calculated MW of 73.8 kDa band according to NP_001025095.1).
