Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MYBBP1A antibody NB100-61050 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. MYBBP1A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MYBBP1A antibody NB100-61051. For blotting immunoprecipitated MYBBP1A, NB100-61051 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. ![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: MYBBP1A Antibody (3A1) [NBP3-26124] - Staining of HepG2 Cells with MYBBP1A Antibody (3A1) at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeated by 0.2% Triton X-100, and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. Nuclear DNA was labeled in blue with DAPI.
