![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: SLC31A1/CTR1 Antibody (5E6.1B4) - BSA Free [NBP2-36573] - HepG2 cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti SLC31A1/CTR1 (5E6.1B4) NBP2-36573 at a 1:50 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-mouse DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Actin was detected with Phalloidin 568 (Red) at a 1:200 dilution. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). ![S100A7 promotes cervical cancer cell migration and invasionA&B. Establishment of stable cell lines of ectopic expression of S100A7. C33A and SiHa cells were infected with pLVX-Con and pLVX-S100A7 lentivirus, stable cells were established by Geneticin (G418) selection for about 2 weeks. Cells were harvested, S100A7 expression was detected by qRT-PCR (A: [mean (n=2) ± SD; 2-sided t test; ** P<0.01, normalized to beta -actin]) and Western Blot. C&D. Transwell migration and Matrigel invasion assays were performed in S100A7-overexpressed cells and their corresponding control cells. The stained cells were manually counted from 4 randomly selected fields and normalized with cell proliferation [2-sided t test; **P < 0.01].
