HEK293 human embryonickidney cell line mock transfected or transfectedwith full length human cIAP-1 (Cat No MAB818)

Detection of Human cIAP 1/HIAP 2 by Western Blot. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line mock transfected or transfected with full length human cIAP-1. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human cIAP‑1/HIAP‑2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB818) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for cIAP‑1/HIAP‑2 at approximately 72 kDa.

Simple Western lane view using lysates of HeLa human cervicalepithelial carcinoma parental cell line and cIAP‑1/HIAP‑2 knockout HeLa cell line (KO) to determine postive cIAP1 expression in HeLa Wildtype cells at 66kDa using MAB818.

Detection of Human cIAP 1/HIAP 2 by Simple Western. Simple Western lane view shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma parental cell line and cIAP‑1/HIAP‑2 knockout HeLa cell line (KO), loaded at 0.2 mg/mL. A specific band was detected for cIAP‑1/HIAP‑2 at approximately 66 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HeLa cell line but is not detectable in knockout HeLa cell line. Mouse Anti-Human cIAP‑1/HIAP‑2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB818) was used at 5 µg/mL. This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions with the 12-230 kDa separation system.

Positive expression of HSP60 in Western Blot using Catalog Number AF1800.

Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat HSP60 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, MCF 7 human breast cancer cell line, NIH 3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and Nb2 11 rat lymphoma cell line. A specific band was detected for HSP60 (Catalog # AF1800, R&D Systems) at approximately 62 kDa (as indicated). See full datasheet.
