Background

NASP is required for DNA replication, normal cell cycle progression, and cell proliferation. It forms a cytoplasmic complex with HSP90 and H1 linker histones and stimulates HSP90 ATPase activity. NASP and H1 histone are subsequently released from the complex and translocate to the nucleus where the histone is released for binding to DNA. Flow Cytometry: p53 Antibody (PAb 240) [NB200-103] - An intracellular stain was performed on HeLa cells with p53 (PAb240) NB200-103AF647 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeablized with 0.1% saponin. Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 2.5 ug/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.
