Western Blot Membranes

Western blot is one of the most commonly used techniques for biomarker profiling in basic and translational research. For making it convenient and to accelerate the analysis, we offer INSTA-Blot product which is a ready-to-use PVDF membrane containing denatured protein from cells or tissue lysates. INSTA-Blot offers a streamlined western blotting procedure which limits the procedure to six steps - blocking, primary antibody incubation, washing, secondary antibody incubation, washing, and WB development. Novus Biologicals offers INSTA-Blot for Human, Rat (Sprague Dawley strain) and Mouse (Balb/c strain) species with membranes having multiple lanes containing molecular weight marker and lysates of various tissues - Brain, Heart, Small Intestine, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Skeletal Muscle, Stomach, Spleen, Ovary and Testis. We also have INSTA-Blots for individual tissues as well as multiple tissues-multi-species membranes (human, mouse and rat). The human OncoPair INSTA-Blots contains the membranes with lysates from cancerous and normal tissues of the same patient.  Human cell line INSTA-Blot comes with lysates of - HeLa, Jurkat, Daudi, HEK 293, Rh30, A375, T98G, HCT-116, Hep-2 cells.
