Description

The Fanconi anemia group subunit G protein (FANCG) confers resistance to both hygromycin and mitomycin C. Defects in FANCG cause the autosomal recessive disorder, Fanconi anemia, with diverse clinical symptoms.

FANCG antibodies are useful for DNA repair studies and cell cycle research.
