Description
Primers are designed to amplify DNA in exon 1 of the human MyoD1 gene locus. MyoD1 is expressed during muscle development and therefore silent in most cell types. MyoD1 is associated with modified histones targeted to repressed genes. Primer sets come premixed with forward and reverse primers at a concentration of 10 uM. Primers are compatible with all real-time PCR chemistries. Each primer set has been tested and validated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP).
