Procedure Guide for NB 100-176 Anti-Rad51B Rad51L1 Antibody (1 H3/13):
Western Blot
1. Proteins are separated on an SDS-PAGE gel.
2. Following the protein transfer, the membrane is blocked with 5% NFDM in TBS-T.
3. The membrane is then washed.
4. NB 100-176 [anti-Rad51B] is diluted 1:1,000 in dilution buffer [5% NFDM in TBS-T] and incubated for 3 hours at room temperature, gently shaking.
5. The membrane is then washed.
6. Secondary antibody [HRP conjugated goat anti-mouse] is incubated for 45 minutes at room temperature, gently shaking.
7. Develop membrane.
