Application Notes
Tested for Flow analysis on normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse spleen cells. Use the isotype control at the same concentration as the experimental antibody. Optimal dilution of this antibody should be experimentally determined.

I am contacting you on behave of a client who is interested in knowing the F/P ratio of SOX10 Antibody (SOX10/992) [PerCP] NBP2-47706PCP and Mouse IgG1 Kappa Light Chain Isotype Control (P3.6.2.8.1) [PerCP] NBP1-43319PCP; could you tell me the ratio if possible. Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing back from you.
    • These conjugates are made on demand and the F/P rations are not known until we actually perform the conjugation. Thus far we have not done any NBP2-34705PCP or NBP2-47706PCP, so I cannot tell what the ration would be. As for NBP1-43319PCP-0.5ml, the most recent conjugation had F/P = 3.84.
