Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer is formulated and optimized for fixation and storage of single-cell suspensions intended for subsequent intracellular flow cytometry applications.

This product is designed for intracellular flow cytometry applications with non-conjugated or fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies. Refer to product specification sheets to obtain the recommended working antibody dilutions.

Precaution: This product contains formaldehyde, which is a suspected carcinogen. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes, and avoid inhaling fumes. In case of contact, wash immediately with water and seek medical advice.
