  1. Biotinylated Corticosterone Protein (4x): Lyophilized.
  2. Chromogen Substrate (1x): A ready-to-use stabilized peroxidase chromogen substratetetramethylbenzidine
  3. Corticosterone Microplate: A polystyrene microplate coated with a polyclonal antibodyagainst corticosterone.
  4. Corticosterone Standard: Corticosterone in a buffered protein base (100 ng/mL).
  5. EIA Diluent Concentrate (10x): A 10-fold concentrated buffered protein base.
  6. Sealing Tapes: Pressure-sensitive sealing tapes, that can be cut to fit the format of theindividual assay
  7. SP Conjugate (100x): A 100-fold concentrate.
  8. Stop Solution (1x): A 0.5 N hydrochloric acid to stop the chromogen substrate reaction.
  9. Wash Buffer Concentrate (20x): A 20-fold concentrated buffered surfactant.

Background

Anti-corticosterone is used to test Corticosterone Levels. In Men levels are usually 420 - 220 pg/0.1 ml2. For Women in the Follicular Phase levels are 240 - 150 pg/0.1 ml and 440 - 230 pg/0.1 ml3 in the luteal phase. For laying Hens corticosterone levels are 220 - 50 pg/0.1 ml.

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. ELISA Kits are guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt.
