PVDF membrane was probed with 2.0 ug/ml of Mouse Anti-Human MBD1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NB100-56537) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog #HAF018). Specific band was detected for MBD1 at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated) in the parental HEK293T cell line, but is not detectable in the knockout HEK293T cell line.
