This guarantee includes predicted species with a % sequence identity greater than 90% with the immunogen, even if they have not yet been tested. If a Novus product fails to work as stated, our technical service team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue. If this process is not successful, Novus will provide you with a free replacement or a 100% refund for the product. Guaranteed. For untested species and applications we offer our Innovator's program. Primary and secondary antibodies are guaranteed for one year from date of receipt.
