Description
MLK2, also known as Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Kinase Kinase 10, is involved in the induction of apoptosis and the neuronal death mechanism. MLK2 is known to have interactions with ABL2, CLTC, CNKSR1, HTT and KIAA1804. MLK2 has been studied in relation to Alexander disease, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, neuroblastoma, neuronitis, breast carcinoma, and immunodeficiency.
