Goat Anti-Mouse ACE‑2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF3437) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ACE-2 Antibody (AC384) [NBP2-80038] - ACE-2 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human lung normal (left) and lung cancer tissue (right) using Mouse Anti-HumanACE-2 (AC18F) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # NBP2-80038) at 15ug/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Goat anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody.

Functional: ACE-2 Antibody (AC384) [NBP2-80038] - Binding of ACE2 (human) to the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 is inhibited by the antibody anti-ACE2 (human), mAb (blocking) (AC384). Spike (SARS-CoV-2):Fc (human) (RBD) (rec.) is coated on an ELISA plate at 1ug/ml. ACE2 (human), mAb (blocking) (AC384) or an unrelated mAb Control are added (starting at 40 ug/mL with a two-fold serial dilution) together with 500 ng/uL of ACE2 (human). After incubation for 1h at RT, the binding was detected using an anti-FLAG antibody (HRP).

MAB9332

Western blot shows lysates of human kidney and human testis. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Rat/Hamster ACE‑2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9332) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (HAF018). A specific band was detected for ACE‑2 at approximately 120 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Western Blot Buffer Group 1.

HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with (A) human ACE-2 or (B) irrelevant protein, and eGFP was stained with Mouse Anti-Human ACE-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9332) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (F0101B). Quadrant markers were set based on Mouse IgG2A Isotype Control (MAB003). Staining was performed using our Staining Membrane-associated Proteins protocol.

ACE‑2 was detected in immersion fixed frozen sections of rat kidney using Mouse Anti-Human ACE‑2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9332) at 1 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (CTS013). Tissue was stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; NL007). Specific staining was localized to convoluted tubules. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent IHC Staining of Frozen Tissue Sections.

Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: ACE-2 Antibody [NBP1-76614] - Analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue using anti-ACE2 antibody 2 ug/ml. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 10% serum for 1 h at RT; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with primary antibody overnight at 4C. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1/250 was used as secondary. Counter stained with Hematoxylin.

HepG2 cell line treated with CellTase solution (Abeomics) before analysis and then stained with anti-ACE2 (h), mAb (AC18F) (red line) or an isotype control, mouse IgG1 (green line) at 1ug/10E6 cells each, revealed with a PE-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
