Background

alpha -Synuclein is a cytoplasmic protein that is predominantly expressed in the central nervous system. It is a precursor of a minor peptide found in amyloid deposition that is a hallmark of Alzheimer's disease. Defects in alpha -Synuclein are associated with familial Parkinson's disease.

    • Please take a look at NB110-57475. It has been validated for human, rat and mouse and the applications ICC and WB and the epitope it detects is in the N terminal.
