Musashi 2 encodes a protein containing two conserved tandem RNA recognition motifs. Similar proteins in other species function as RNA-binding proteins and play central roles in posttranscriptional gene regulation. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.

PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human Prox1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2727) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF019). A specific band was detected for Prox1 at approximately 83 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
