![Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: RIPK3/RIP3 Antibody [NBP2-24588] - HeLa cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X TBS + 0.5% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with RIPK3/RIP3 Antibody [NBP2-24588] at a 1:200 dilution overnight at 4C and detected with DyLight 488 (Green) at a 1:500 dilution. Alpha tubulin was used at a 1:1000 dilution as a co-stain and detected with DyLight 550 (Red) at a 1:500 dilution. Nuclei were detected with DAPI (Blue) at 2.0ug/ml in 1X PBS. ![Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: RIPK3/RIP3 [p Ser232] Antibody (JE44-62) [NBP3-32795] - Immunocytochemistry analysis of L-929 cells treated with or without 20μM Z-VAD for 2.75 hours, add 100nM SM-164 and 20ng/ml TNF-alpha for 2.25 hours, then treated with lambda pp for 1 hour labeling RIPK3/RIP3 with Rabbit anti-RIPK3/RIP3 antibody (NBP3-32795) at 1/100 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes at 37 ℃, permeabilized with 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 20 minutes, and then blocked with 2% negative goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with Rabbit anti-RIPK3/RIP3 antibody (NBP3-32795) at 1/100 dilution in 2% negative goat serum overnight at 4 ℃. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (iFluor™ 488) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. Nuclear DNA was labelled in blue with DAPI. Beta tubulin (red) was stained at 1/100 dilution overnight at +4℃.
