  3. Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex (ABC) : 130µl, dilution 1:100.
  4. Biotinylated anti- mouse CD30L antibody : 130µl, dilution 1:100.
  5. Lyophilized recombinant mouse CD30L standard: 10ng/tube×2.
  6. One 96-well plate precoated with anti- mouse CD30L antibody.
  7. Sample diluent buffer: 30 ml
  8. TMB color developing agent: 10ml.
  9. TMB stop solution: 10ml.

Background

CD153 is a 39-40 kD type II membrane glycoprotein, also known as CD30 ligand or CD30L. This TNF superfamily member is expressed on activated T cells. CD153 has been reported to stimulate B-cell proliferation, antigen-specific antibody production, polyclonal immunoglobulin secretion, and T cell activation and proliferation. The RM153 antibody inhibits binding of CD153 to CD30.
