Western Blot: TCF7L2 Antibody [NBP1-19083] - Western blot analysis of TCF7L2 (F) protein in D3H2LN TNBC cells after treatment with SCR or SID decoy peptide (2.5uM, 24 hours). SID decoy treatment inhibited full-length (~64 kDa) and, to a greater extent, short isoform variant (~53 kDa) TCF7L2 proteins in comparison to untreated or SCR treated controls.
